# Dolphin Count vs BeachBop®

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Dolphin Count at none against BeachBop®'s 5. Dolphin Count also leads on rating (4.5 vs 4.3) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 17.0). BeachBop®'s advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (156 vs 2). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BeachBop® sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Dolphin Count asks for nothing beyond the download.
