# MX Player vs Klyptra Pro

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: MX Player at 12.0 against Klyptra Pro's 18.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MX Player sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Klyptra Pro sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
