# Raivo vs SideSwap

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: SideSwap at none against Raivo's 5. SideSwap also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.4). Raivo's advantage is ratings volume (181 vs 12) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Raivo sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. SideSwap asks for nothing beyond the download.

SideSwap holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Raivo has 181 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of Raivo's written reviews are positive against 29% of SideSwap's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Raivo ships an update every 10 days, SideSwap every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
