# Driver Dollars vs Waiter Pal

The clearest difference is ads: Waiter Pal at none against Driver Dollars's shown. Waiter Pal also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.6) and ratings volume (796 vs 147). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Driver Dollars sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Waiter Pal sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Waiter Pal holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Waiter Pal has 796 ratings behind it against 147, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of Driver Dollars's written reviews are positive against 64% of Waiter Pal's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Driver Dollars ships an update weekly, Waiter Pal every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
