# Skyduck vs BreakOff

The clearest difference is rating: Skyduck at 4.8 against BreakOff's 4.0. Skyduck also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (175 vs 1). BreakOff's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Skyduck sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and BreakOff sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Skyduck holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Skyduck has 175 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Skyduck ships an update every 5 weeks, BreakOff weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
