# Fat Cats Fun vs ProQ App

Fat Cats Fun and ProQ App both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of ProQ App's written reviews are positive against 38% of Fat Cats Fun's. ProQ App also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). Fat Cats Fun's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ProQ App holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fat Cats Fun has 1.8K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 38% of Fat Cats Fun's written reviews are positive against 100% of ProQ App's.

Fat Cats Fun ships an update every 6 weeks, ProQ App every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
