# ひま友チャット vs Dawns

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Dawns at 50% against ひま友チャット's 13%. Dawns also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 weeks) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). ひま友チャット's advantage is ratings volume (33 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ひま友チャット sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Dawns sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.49 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dawns holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7.
