# eBodyGuard vs Heritage Press

The clearest difference is monetization model: eBodyGuard at free with in-app purchases against Heritage Press's subscription. eBodyGuard also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). Heritage Press's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.5) and review sentiment (100% vs 71%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. eBodyGuard sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Heritage Press sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Heritage Press holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 19 and 66 respectively. Written reviews point the same way: 71% of eBodyGuard's written reviews are positive against 100% of Heritage Press's.
