# LoneStar Tracking vs Autofleet Driver

The clearest difference is rating: LoneStar Tracking at 4.8 against Autofleet Driver's 4.2. LoneStar Tracking also leads on ratings volume (778 vs 10). Autofleet Driver's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (100% vs 88%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LoneStar Tracking holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LoneStar Tracking has 778 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of LoneStar Tracking's written reviews are positive against 100% of Autofleet Driver's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

LoneStar Tracking ships an update every 2 months, Autofleet Driver fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
