# Fresh Thyme vs Pet Supplies Plus

The clearest difference is rating: Fresh Thyme at 3.9 against Pet Supplies Plus's 3.3. Fresh Thyme also leads on ratings volume (1.7K vs 244). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Fresh Thyme holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fresh Thyme has 1.7K ratings behind it against 244, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 10% of Fresh Thyme's written reviews are positive against 16% of Pet Supplies Plus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
