# Stress Therapy vs SameHere Scale

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Stress Therapy at 1.8K against SameHere Scale's 15. SameHere Scale's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 77%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stress Therapy sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and SameHere Scale sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SameHere Scale holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Stress Therapy has 1.8K ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 77% of Stress Therapy's written reviews are positive against 100% of SameHere Scale's.

Stress Therapy ships an update fortnightly, SameHere Scale every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
