# Cool VPN Pro vs 9D VPN

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Cool VPN Pro at 76% against 9D VPN's 44%. Cool VPN Pro also leads on ratings volume (42K vs 530) and rating (4.7 vs 4.4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cool VPN Pro sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and 9D VPN sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
