# SyncOnSet 5.0 vs WebSafe 365

The clearest difference is review sentiment: WebSafe 365 at 100% against SyncOnSet 5.0's 3%. WebSafe 365 also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs monthly) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). SyncOnSet 5.0's advantage is rating (1.7 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (61 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SyncOnSet 5.0 holds the better App Store score, 1.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SyncOnSet 5.0 has 61 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 3% of SyncOnSet 5.0's written reviews are positive against 100% of WebSafe 365's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SyncOnSet 5.0 ships an update monthly, WebSafe 365 every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
