# Sobro vs LeftoverMate

The clearest difference is rating: LeftoverMate at 5.0 against Sobro's 1.7. LeftoverMate also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 6 weeks). Sobro's advantage is ratings volume (147 vs 2) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LeftoverMate holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sobro has 147 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Sobro ships an update every 6 weeks, LeftoverMate every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
