# Athan vs Adhan

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Adhan at none against Athan's 10. Adhan also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 65%). Athan's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (2.3K vs 1). On price and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Athan sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Adhan asks for nothing beyond the download.

Adhan holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6.
