# Dash vs onBGM

The clearest difference is ads: Dash at none against onBGM's shown. Dash also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.6). onBGM's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs monthly). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dash sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and onBGM sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dash ships an update monthly, onBGM every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
