# BigY Connect vs CaseHQ

The clearest difference is review sentiment: CaseHQ at 71% against BigY Connect's 27%. BigY Connect's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (460 vs 12). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BigY Connect holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BigY Connect has 460 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of BigY Connect's written reviews are positive against 71% of CaseHQ's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BigY Connect ships an update monthly, CaseHQ every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
