# Color vs Flow Link

The clearest difference is update cadence: Flow Link at every 2 weeks against Color's every 27 months. Color's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Color sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Flow Link sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Color ships an update every 27 months, Flow Link every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
