# Falou vs Superfluent

The clearest difference is ads: Superfluent at none against Falou's shown. Superfluent also leads on review sentiment (93% vs 79%). Falou's advantage is ratings volume (97K vs 3.2K) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Falou sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Superfluent sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $10.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Falou against 4.9 for Superfluent. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Falou has 97K ratings behind it against 3.2K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 79% of Falou's written reviews are positive against 93% of Superfluent's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
