# Swig Drinks vs HTeaO

The clearest difference is rating: HTeaO at 4.9 against Swig Drinks's 4.2. HTeaO also leads on ratings volume (40K vs 550). Swig Drinks's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (66% vs 34%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

HTeaO holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HTeaO has 40K ratings behind it against 550, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 66% of Swig Drinks's written reviews are positive against 34% of HTeaO's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Swig Drinks ships an update every 5 weeks, HTeaO every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
