# Inside Online vs Inner Dimension

The clearest difference is monetization model: Inner Dimension at free against Inside Online's free with in-app purchases. Inner Dimension also leads on ratings volume (2.8K vs 31) and update cadence (every 6 days vs monthly). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Inside Online sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Inner Dimension sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.95 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Inner Dimension holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Inner Dimension has 2.8K ratings behind it against 31, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 78% of Inside Online's written reviews are positive against 84% of Inner Dimension's.

Inside Online ships an update monthly, Inner Dimension every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
