# Explore by Evolve vs Boost Surfing

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Boost Surfing at 100% against Explore by Evolve's 12%. Boost Surfing also leads on rating (5.0 vs 1.9). Explore by Evolve's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Boost Surfing holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.9.
