# Promova vs Romanova

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Romanova at none against Promova's 10. Romanova also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Promova's advantage is ratings volume (63K vs 1) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Promova sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Romanova asks for nothing beyond the download.

Romanova holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Promova has 63K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Promova ships an update every 6 days, Romanova every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
