# Promova vs Heia

The clearest difference is rating: Promova at 4.6 against Heia's 3.5. Promova also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 20 months) and ratings volume (63K vs 2). Heia's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 15) and ads (none vs shown). On price there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Promova sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Heia asks for nothing beyond the download.

Promova holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Promova has 63K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Promova ships an update every 6 days, Heia every 20 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
