# Promova vs Monkey Lingo

The clearest difference is ads: Monkey Lingo at none against Promova's shown. Monkey Lingo also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0.0 vs 18.0). Promova's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 months). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Promova sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Monkey Lingo sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $34.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Promova ships an update every 6 days, Monkey Lingo every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
