# TaskUp vs To

The clearest difference is rating: To at 4.7 against TaskUp's 4.0. To also leads on ratings volume (199 vs 1). TaskUp's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

To holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: To has 199 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of TaskUp's written reviews are positive against 82% of To's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TaskUp ships an update every 3 weeks, To every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
