# Fasting Tracker vs Fasting Tracker App

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Fasting Tracker at 100% against Fasting Tracker App's 60%. Fasting Tracker also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 13.0). Fasting Tracker App's advantage is ratings volume (862 vs 8) and rating (4.6 vs 4.3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fasting Tracker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Fasting Tracker App sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fasting Tracker App holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fasting Tracker App has 862 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Fasting Tracker's written reviews are positive against 60% of Fasting Tracker App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
