# Register Schedules vs WorkTime

The clearest difference is ratings volume: WorkTime at 620 against Register Schedules's 14. WorkTime also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.6) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Register Schedules sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and WorkTime sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

WorkTime holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WorkTime has 620 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Register Schedules's written reviews are positive against 64% of WorkTime's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Register Schedules ships an update monthly, WorkTime every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
