# My Swim Tracker vs Swim+

The clearest difference is rating: Swim+ at 3.0 against My Swim Tracker's 1.3. Swim+ also leads on ads (none vs shown). My Swim Tracker's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and ratings volume (24 vs 1). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Swim+ sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. My Swim Tracker asks for nothing beyond the download.

Swim+ holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 1.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: My Swim Tracker has 24 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 10% of My Swim Tracker's written reviews are positive against 0% of Swim+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

My Swim Tracker ships an update every 2 months, Swim+ every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
