# Quantum Frequency Technologies vs Most High

The clearest difference is ads: Quantum Frequency Technologies at none against Most High's shown. Most High's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks) and review sentiment (71% vs 61%). On price, rating, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Quantum Frequency Technologies sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Most High sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $36.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Quantum Frequency Technologies holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 21 and 61 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 61% of Quantum Frequency Technologies's written reviews are positive against 71% of Most High's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Quantum Frequency Technologies ships an update every 6 weeks, Most High every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on August 12, 2026 and September 21, 2026 respectively.
