# TL Pro vs ExitLag

The clearest difference is rating: TL Pro at 5.0 against ExitLag's 4.5. TL Pro also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 12) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). ExitLag's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (1.5K vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ExitLag sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per month. TL Pro asks for nothing beyond the download.

TL Pro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ExitLag has 1.5K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

TL Pro ships an update every 4 months, ExitLag every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
