# Preporod vs Instapres

The clearest difference is ads: Preporod at none against Instapres's shown. Preporod also leads on ratings volume (22 vs 2). Instapres's advantage is update cadence (every 3 months vs every 12 months) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Instapres holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Preporod has 22 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Preporod ships an update every 12 months, Instapres every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
