# iShare Remote vs Smart Security Camera App

The clearest difference is rating: Smart Security Camera App at 4.7 against iShare Remote's 2.3. Smart Security Camera App also leads on ratings volume (2.5K vs 25) and update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly). iShare Remote's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and review sentiment (36% vs 25%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Smart Security Camera App holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Smart Security Camera App has 2.5K ratings behind it against 25, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of iShare Remote's written reviews are positive against 25% of Smart Security Camera App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
