# FlashCards vs Flashcards!

The clearest difference is rating: FlashCards at 4.5 against Flashcards!'s 1.0. FlashCards also leads on review sentiment (83% vs 54%) and ratings volume (52 vs 1). Flashcards!'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FlashCards sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Flashcards! sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FlashCards ships an update fortnightly, Flashcards! every 5 days. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
