# Note Share vs Craft

The clearest difference is rating: Craft at 4.8 against Note Share's 4.2. Craft also leads on ratings volume (6.6K vs 9). Note Share's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Note Share sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Craft sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Craft holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Craft has 6.6K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Note Share ships an update weekly, Craft every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
