# 為替情報 vs Speedometer

The clearest difference is update cadence: Speedometer at weekly against 為替情報's every 3 months. 為替情報's advantage is ratings volume (11 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 為替情報 sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Speedometer sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for 為替情報 against 5.0 for Speedometer. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 為替情報 has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

為替情報 ships an update every 3 months, Speedometer weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
