# Dean's App vs Arbrea Suite

The clearest difference is rating: Dean's App at 3.8 against Arbrea Suite's 3.0. Dean's App also leads on ratings volume (13 vs 2) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 18.6). Arbrea Suite's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and chart position (#84 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dean's App sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month and Arbrea Suite sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $99.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dean's App holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dean's App has 13 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Dean's App ships an update every 2 months, Arbrea Suite every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
