# Roborock vs Leica Welt

Roborock and Leica Welt both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 52% of Roborock's written reviews are positive against 25% of Leica Welt's. Roborock also leads on ratings volume (132K vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). Leica Welt's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Leica Welt holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Roborock has 132K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 52% of Roborock's written reviews are positive against 25% of Leica Welt's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Roborock ships an update every 3 weeks, Leica Welt every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
