# Chic vs Topop

The clearest difference is update cadence: Topop at every 5 days against Chic's every 4 weeks. Chic's advantage is iOS requirement (10.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Chic sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Topop sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Chic ships an update every 4 weeks, Topop every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
