The clearest difference is rating: Beermiscuous at 3.4 against SWAY Dispensary's 1.0. Beermiscuous also leads on ratings volume (10 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.4 vs 16.4). SWAY Dispensary's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 15 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
