# LYM vs Cycle

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: LYM at none against Cycle's 1. LYM also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Cycle's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cycle sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. LYM asks for nothing beyond the download.

LYM ships an update every 3 months, Cycle monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
