# Cloud Dial vs Insta Texting

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Insta Texting at 63% against Cloud Dial's 0%. Insta Texting also leads on ratings volume (304 vs 29) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). Cloud Dial's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 3.9) and in-app purchases (none vs 9). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Insta Texting sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Cloud Dial asks for nothing beyond the download.

Cloud Dial holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Insta Texting has 304 ratings behind it against 29, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Cloud Dial's written reviews are positive against 63% of Insta Texting's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
