# HowNow vs Perk

The clearest difference is review sentiment: HowNow at 100% against Perk's 27%. HowNow also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Perk's advantage is ratings volume (1.2K vs 3) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

HowNow holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7.
