# Prospre vs Sessions Wellness Studio

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Sessions Wellness Studio at none against Prospre's 12. Sessions Wellness Studio also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0.0 vs 16.4). Prospre's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 13 months) and ratings volume (1.1K vs 4). On price, rating and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Prospre sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Sessions Wellness Studio asks for nothing beyond the download.
