# CDL Prep Test 2026 vs CDL Pro

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: CDL Prep Test 2026 at none against CDL Pro's 5. CDL Prep Test 2026 also leads on ratings volume (15K vs 5) and rating (4.9 vs 4.6). CDL Pro's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 5 months). On price, review sentiment, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CDL Pro sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. CDL Prep Test 2026 asks for nothing beyond the download.

CDL Prep Test 2026 holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CDL Prep Test 2026 has 15K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 94% of CDL Prep Test 2026's written reviews are positive against 100% of CDL Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CDL Prep Test 2026 ships an update every 5 months, CDL Pro every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
