# Password Manager vs #1 Password Manager

Password Manager and #1 Password Manager both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 75% of #1 Password Manager's written reviews are positive against 30% of Password Manager's. #1 Password Manager also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 12.0). Password Manager's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (17K vs 5). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Password Manager sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and #1 Password Manager sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for Password Manager against 4.4 for #1 Password Manager.
