# Dig Master vs Hover Skirt

The clearest difference is rating: Hover Skirt at 4.5 against Dig Master's 3.8. Hover Skirt also leads on ratings volume (2.1K vs 10). Dig Master's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hover Skirt sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Dig Master asks for nothing beyond the download.

Hover Skirt holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hover Skirt has 2.1K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of Dig Master's written reviews are positive against 31% of Hover Skirt's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Dig Master ships an update every 6 days, Hover Skirt every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
