# Flex VPN vs Leave

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Leave at none against Flex VPN's 3. Leave also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flex VPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.49 per month. Leave asks for nothing beyond the download.

Flex VPN ships an update every 3 weeks, Leave every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
