# Cam&Cam vs ScoreAid

The clearest difference is rating: ScoreAid at 5.0 against Cam&Cam's 3.6. ScoreAid also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). Cam&Cam's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (88 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cam&Cam sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and ScoreAid sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ScoreAid holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cam&Cam has 88 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Cam&Cam ships an update every 9 days, ScoreAid every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
