# FireFirstVideo vs Baker Boyer Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: Baker Boyer Mobile at 4.8 against FireFirstVideo's 4.3. Baker Boyer Mobile also leads on ratings volume (1.1K vs 8) and update cadence (monthly vs every 5 months). FireFirstVideo's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 67%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Baker Boyer Mobile holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Baker Boyer Mobile has 1.1K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of FireFirstVideo's written reviews are positive against 67% of Baker Boyer Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FireFirstVideo ships an update every 5 months, Baker Boyer Mobile monthly. Both last shipped on October 18, 2026.
